I have absolutely nothing against Chiu, and I actually became quite addicted to this song, but it gets REALLY creepy after listening carefully. I found there was a LOT of malevolence disguised by the cutesy-ness.
I DID like Ijiwaru na Kuchibiru a LOT. Yumi Shimura is an AMAZING singer, but her first Negima! song wasn't the best of her work.
Again, this is all just my opinion, you can take it or leave it.
